Providing enough food for the world's poor is a continuing challenge. According to a study issued by the International Food Policy Research Institute, by 2020 world population will increase to at least 8 billion. Most of this growth will take place in the developing world and will account for about 85 percent of the increase in demand for cereals and meat. Already, almost 1 billion people live in poverty and suffer chronic hunger-about two-thirds of whom are farmers. The United Nations Population Division has made similar population projections.

July 12, 2007

Miss Hauwa Kolo, a citizen of Niger State had a Valvular Heart Problem whose family approached Kure, then as Niger State "Governor" for State Government's assistance to get her treated overseas but the "Governor" then openly refused and advised them to go to Engr. Mustafa Bello because according to the "Governor" they all voted PRP a Party that defeated him but was rigged in the 2003 general election. Accordingly they approached Engr. Mustafa Bello who promptly organised Miss Hauwa  Kolo to be treated in India at about $15,000.00 including AirFare for Her and an escort and living expenses.

This is yet another display of wicked attitudes of the Kure Administration and the terrible legacies he will forever be remembered for. For more information about the wickedness of former Governor Kure, click: www.anti-kure.com
