with experience in social sciences. The Foundation in its re-structuring
program, is planning to hire a sizeable work force that will assist the
Foundation in the areas of social programs and community empowerment. Those

to revisit the case of retired civil servants that need financing for small
scale business concerns.

There are many optimistic signs that the
livelihood of many retired civil servants will be uplifted through the MBFSED
financial scheme. Speaking in Minna, Niger state, Eng. Mustafa Bello disclosed
that his foundation will create ways to assist the retired civil servants in
their quest for financing their business projects. "We shall assist those
retired civil servants entrepreneurs with finance and help them grow their
business" further said Engr. Bello. MBFSED believes that private-public-NGOs
partnership will go a long way in creating wealth and uplifting rural
communities. |
